1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Arrowcrest Group Pty Ltd (ABN 71 007 521 280), trading as Predator Tyres Australia, of 28 Sheffield Street, Woodville North SA 5012 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to any Predator Tyres dealers located in South Australia only.
2.2 Entry is only available to businesses; individual participants are not eligible.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or associated entities are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition commences at 00:00 ACST on 11th June 2025 and closes at 24:00 ACST on 31st July 2025 (“Competition Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1 Dealers will be automatically entered into the competition upon purchasing Predator Tyres during the Competition Period.
4.2 No registration or separate entry is required.
4.3 The dealer with the highest total sales value (excluding GST) of Predator Tyres during the Competition Period will be deemed the winner, with the second highest total sales value being deemed the runner-up.
4.4 One dealer who purchases Predator Tyres during the Competition Period will be randomly selected as the random prize winner. Dealers can only win one prize; if a dealer is the first-place or runner-up winner, they will be excluded from the random prize draw.

5. Prize

5.1 First prize consists of 42 cases of beer (1,008 x 375ml cans) valued at $2,500.
5.2 Runner-up prize consists of 10 cases of beer (240 x 375ml cans) valued at $600.
5.3 A separate random prize consists of 5 cases of beer (120 x 375ml cans) valued at $300.
5.4 The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or item of equal or greater value if required.
5.6 All beer prizes will be selected from the following list of popular beer brands available in South Australia. Winners may choose up to two different brands from this list for their prize:

• Coopers Pale Ale
• Great Northern Super Crisp
• Hahn Super Dry
• Carlton Dry
• Victoria Bitter (VB)
• XXXX Gold
• Tooheys Extra Dry
• West End Draught
• Pure Blonde
• Asahi Super Dry

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winners of first and runner-up prizes will be determined by the Promoter based on the highest total sales value (excluding GST) of Predator Tyres purchased during the Competition Period.
6.2 The random prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries that have purchased Predator Tyres during the Competition Period, excluding any dealer who has already won first or runner-up prizes.
6.3 The random prize winner will be selected using an independent random number generator to ensure fairness and transparency.
6.4 The winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the end of the Competition Period.
6.5 If the winners cannot be contacted or do not accept the prize within 10 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible dealer based on winning criteria.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1 The prize will be delivered to the winning dealer’s business premises in South Australia.
7.2 Delivery will be arranged directly between the Promoter and the winner.
7.3 Delivery must be accepted within 30 days of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Alcohol Compliance

8.1 This promotion complies with relevant South Australian liquor licensing laws.
8.2 The prize will only be awarded to a nominated representative of the winning dealer who is aged 18 years or older.
8.3 Proof of age and identification may be required before the prize is delivered.
8.4 The prize must not be resold, used in a trade promotion, or used as an inducement to sell alcohol.
8.5 The Promoter supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.
9.2 Any dealer found to be in breach of these terms may be disqualified.
9.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Liability

10.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

11.1 Any personal or business information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.
